For my second Style Lab Look with Luisaviaroma I chose to be a little more playful, or perhaps the jetlag had well and truly started to settle in? I spent 36 hours in transit and finally arrived after four flights, one missed connecting flight, one re-directed flight to Pisa due to bad weather and a one and a half hour bus ride to Florence. Oh the perks of traveling.. alone.. with suitcases and no internet.
During my last Style Lab I shot this Olympia Le Tan Clutch so you can tell I have a soft spot for quirky clutches like this. Unfortunately the price tag is a little too high for me so styling it for Luisaviaroma seems to be the best opportunity for me to pretend I own it. It’s pieces like this Stella McCartney Dress that reinforce just how I’d love my wardrobe to evolve into – super clean and chic pieces yet still playful and interesting. Do you assess not only your life but your wardrobe too coming into the New Year? If so, what wardrobe resolutions did you make? Oddly enough, one of mine was to finally embrace black. I’m getting there.. slowly.
