ASOS Top / Karla Spetic Skirt / Valentino Bag / House of Holland Glasses / Carolina Herrera Heels / Rings from Turkey Markets

A colourful day at Milan Fashion Week wearing one of my favourite Australian designers Karla Spetic. I often wear and support Australian designers on my blog but there are a few I am absolutely loyal to. Karla Spetic being one of them. Her feminine yet quirky aesthetic with beautiful tailoring and clean lines is the main reason I’m so drawn to her pieces. I just wish I could get my hands on more of her collection but it’s trained me to be far more selective. If that’s even possible after you witness her spring/summer collection.

I’ve never been able to answer the question “How do you describe your style?” very comfortably as I feel style is so subjective, but if I was going to attempt to sum it up in just one sentence I would hope it would be along the lines of what I just wrote above. Clean lines, a beautiful and flattering fit with a feminine flare and a touch of colour and quirkiness is exactly how I would like to dress for the next few years. Add a huge Jesus face in a rainbow stained glass print or yet another Charlotte Olympia Clutch that I’ve been refraining from splurging buying and you’re looking at how I like to inject a little personality into my simplistic outfits. A little Italian sun flare is always welcomed to.
