So i’ve been in two minds about posting these photos. Firstly, I wasn’t completely in love with the location. And secondly, this is one of my samples i have come for the store so i wanted the photos to be absolutely perfect. But seeing as the weather is so unpredictable at the moment i’m not sure when we’ll be getting a warm golden sunset like this one again so i thought i’d just post them now.I’m wearing a singlet and mini shorts underneath this dress (which i cut up from old gym tights to make the perfect shorts, highly suggested) and even though people would find it inappropriate i just love that it’s completely sheer! I feel like a million dollars every time i wear this dress and i always get looked at as if people are saying “Ah, excuse me miss. I’m not sure if anyone has told you… but… your dress is completely see through.” Love it or hate it it’s one of my favourite pieces and it will be available in store soon.There are so many things in the works at the moment and having my patterns made is one of them. I’m finallygetting all of my samples in order and can’t wait to jet off overseas to source gorgeous fabrics and get them produced. I’ve had some mixed reactions when i tell people about it and they say “Really, do you think it’s that easy?”. And to be honest i’m not really sure! I’ve always been an optimist and a dreamer and you’ll more than likely find me in my own world 99% of the time. But if you have an idea then why not give it everything you have to make it happen? If it doesn’t work out then at least i can say i tried and i can move on to bigger and better things. I’ll never not do something just because others say you can’t and if you never make mistakes then you’ll never learn.Right now, i’m booking my flights and all for making those mistakes.
