As the wet snow started to settle on the streets of Milan I found myself playing with different layers, prints and textures. Either that or I just wore whatever pieces I hadn’t already worn in my shrinking suitcase. I absolutely love tweed (Chanel, you will always have my heart) so I found myself making an exception to the biker jacket in a softer, feminine version by MSGM. I think subconsciously I was mixing elements of winter in Milan with the talk of spring in Europe just around the corner. Fresh leather in white, a soft floral print and a bold wine coloured lip have me confused and ready for any season. One thing is for sure, I’m missing the heat of our Australian summer more than anything and can’t wait to head back to make the most of the few days we have left of it!
