To be honest I’ve had this vintage sequin bra for as long as I can remember. I don’t even know where I got it from and that very rarely happens. It’s been safely hidden in the back of my wardrobe, so much so that I had completely forgotten I owned it.For some reason the first time I decide to wear it is with this gold sequin skirt by Style Stalker. Double the sequins and double the fun! Worn here with an unbuttoned shirt inspired by my favourite Yeojin Bae look from RAFW here, fine gold accessories and delicate heels. Minimal but with a vintage twist.
Love how a girl whispered “Is she wearing a sequin bra?” at the traffic lights too. I was tempted to turn around and say “Yes, but are you looking down my top?”, but I suppose that was the whole point. A little bit of sequins peeking out of the shirt to add that cheeky element of surprise.
